The sheltered accommodation I have been offered is an independent flat within a building of thirty flats that has a security entrance at the front.
Besides the rent I would paying for a warden service charge, management service charge and an alarm charge. I will be living independently although there will be help on hand in an emergency
I rather like your description of it as an independent living supported accommodation, that really sums it up perfectly. Thanks again Gary
