Hi again am just got email from the tribunal courts saying that DWP has responded to my PIP appeal, I will be sent the copies from pip inthe post so now am waiting for a date to go the tribunal court, but I have got more appointments to see my doctor about my knees going to see a consultant which is all taking time also I have appointment to see a mental health nurse 20th October and got to see the doctor again on 3th November all these appointments are very important to present evidence specially from mental health nurse so am enquiring is there cut of point to send any the evidence I will get from these appointments which are very beneficial to my health thanks

Hi Petermcgarry

You can send information for your appeal up to three weeks before the Tribunal takes place. However, be aware that the point of the Appeal is to see whether the DWP made the correct decision at the time of your assessment. If the mental health nurse can provide information confirming the difficulties when the assessment took place then it will be considered. Same for the issues with your knees.
