Thank you both of you. They charge for delivery of medications and only deliver once a week so if ill different day what got to suffer on and with copd need meds promptly to act. With delivery services that are royal mail same problem if need med urgently and be delivering for us both about 33 meds a month. That was why thought check if anyone knows of rule doctors can dispense under serious difficulty. But thanks again
