Phone Assessment was created by Frogman
My wife had her telephone assesment this morning , we asked for it to be recorded ...she said the equipment was't working so she'd try to fix it and phone us back in 5 - 10 mins. As with these things you can never tall how it went but does anyone know how long it takes them to send a link to the recording so you can download it for reference ?

Hi Frogman,
Hopefully someone will be able to help advise you of a timescale with this. Me personally, I've no idea.
Regards, Chris.

I don't know if this was ESA or PIP Frogman, but my friend in the east midlands had one for ESA and the company sent it out by post as a CD, but they mailed the whole week's every Friday whichever day the assessment happened.
Personally I would politely hassle them over the phone ASAP, so they know they had better not "lose " it altogether. This is why, for any other reader, you should always take your own recording as well "just in case"
Let us know what happens if you can, please.
Best,
Denby
