Seizure frequency and PIP was created by Anxious Anonymous
Given that non-epileptic seizures are similar to drug resistant epilepsy, the risk is always there.

I’m part of a community and one of them has said they have to give up their PIP because there’s have stopped and I explained, maybe they have for now but that doesn’t necessarily mean you won’t score points for PIP?

So I’m asking, does seizure frequency matter?

Mine to begin with were every day, then 3-4 a week. Then once every month actually when I put in for PIP. Now they’re back to 3-4 a week as I work through therapy and stress.

Epilepsy and PIP website says it doesn’t matter if you have less than 50% seizures.

Hi AA,

Unfortunately this one isn't one I could assist with answering - maybe's one of the more experienced mods, or someone who's experienced similar who has been through the process of PIP for this particular thing.

Regards, Chris.
