PIP ensure they have evidence who to phone ? was created by CFremont
I did an online first time PIP application for my partner and we have an assessment booked for him. Now I want to check they have the 30 plus pages of evidence, I included as a pdf's who would be the best to call to check ? Would it be PIP or the capita assessment place? As I am not overly technically minded I just want peace of mind they have them. Thanks

Hi CFremont
Phone the DWP because it can't be forwarded to Capita if it hasn't been uploaded to their system.

Thanks very much. So phone PIP first ensure its there and then if its not send it on hard copies I think, rather than risk uploading again online if it had failed online for some reason

Hi CFremont
A copy of the assessor report is usually uploaded to the DWP within 48 hrs of the assessment, sometimes there can be a delay if the report is pick out for a review.
Once DWP have the assessors report, when you request a copy they should send a copy to you, they will tell you it will take 5 - 10 working days, they told my client that last week and she contacted me today to say the report has arrived.
