I've just received the dreaded envelope and after the usual shaking and feeling sick, opened it to find I had stayed in the Support Group. It was such a huge relief as you can imagine and I actually felt the weight lift off of my shoulders. My success is in no small part to this forum and it's moderators, members (who ask questions that are relevant to me) and the guides. Those guides are invaluable and I went through them step by step whilst completing the form (with help from my daughter). I also had my copies of my previous PIP forms alongside so I could use any relevant information from them on my ESA50 form. I did have a telephone appointment but the lady I spoke to was lovely and actually understood mental health problems. So once again i have to extend a HUGE thank you to this forum and the moderators, I really couldn't have succeeded without your help.
