Can anyone help please? I paid my subscription yesterday and was able to open the guides. This morning it won't let me and says there is a file error. I've tried using several ways to view it, samsung and Google but no use. I have my video assessment today and wanted to check a few of the pip descriptors.

The mods don't have responsibility for the tech side of things - but sometimes people find it useful if they log out, clear their browsing history and any caches, switch off their device, switch back on and log into the site.
