Hi AA,
I would advise using a paperclip, as they remove the staples to scan the paperwork, and working in an office prior to doing this, I appreciate how annoying staples can become having to keep removing them to scan stuff. Also, remember you NI No on the paperwork, just to be on the safe side, in case it's misplaced.
I would contest descriptors if you have the correct wording and it will help you with your award.
