Hi. I have been claiming UC and ESA NS. I have been awarded LCWRA and been put in the support group for ESA from 14/08/23. I have noticed on my UC statement last month (15/07/23 to 14/08/23 that my ESA is showing that I got paid with the support component on ESA last month which I didn’t. I only got the assessment rate paid from ESA. Can anyone tell me if this is standard and if this will balance itself out on my next statement thanks?
I believe there is a 3 month wait before you will notice any change in your pay, however, I would leave a message in your journal asking a workcoach if this is the case, and maybe they can advise of approximate dates when the amount will alter.
