Would appreciate some help. I have my review later this week. I didn’t inform the DWP that my seizures had stopped, until I returned the light touch review form. Even though my seizures have stopped, my ability to manage the activities hasn’t changed. In fact things have got worse.
Assessors report only mentions ‘absent seizures’ when cooking/preparing food, and not my other conditions that impact on managing the activities. I still am ‘absent’ on a daily basis due to my other conditions, Bipolar, ADHD, Autism. (I was diagnosed with Cognitive decline during the award period and didn’t inform them for the same reasons.)
Apologies if this doesn’t make much sense. How can I prepare for the telephone assessment?
