Pip tribunal was created by Charliem
Hi my representative contacted me couple days before my tribunal and asked if i had gone through the pip bundle i said i dont have a copy they do so she had to contact the courts about this to either adjourn it or overturn the decision as i was just recently awarded points on both which was good, the reason i had done a new claim was because i had another health condition so was only awarded upto the new claim, anyway i did not get a call from the courts today so later on i logged onto my online appeals and it said adjourned reason being i had not received my copy of the bundle and it stated within 7 days hmcts must send copies to me the appellent,so wanting to know what will happen if i do not receive these in the time stated.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Charliem,
Me personally - I would contact them and tell them that you haven't received them, and I would imagine they would give you an extension, however I can't confirm this - you would need one of the more experienced mods to let you know if this is possible. I'm sure there's plenty of cases similar in which a Royal Mail delay has caused issues, and extra time needs to be given.
Regards, Chris.

C
If you do not receive the bundle then contact the Tribunal Service again.
You are legally entitled to one month from the date of the letter accompanying the bundle to prepare your own submission for the appeal, so are looking at five weeks as a minimum before the hearing is re-listed.
