Hope you've had a wonderful break.
I'm on PIP n ESA I wander if DWP can help(or a different organisation) with a house move?
where
do I apply, how much time in advance and so on?

The DWP does not deal with this you need to speak to your Local Authority or if you are moving to another one then that LA.

Be aware, if you move LAs and are currently receiving Housing Benefit and legacy benefits then it will necessitate a move to Universal Credit.
