I've been doing this for over twelve years and one thing that I have learnt is that you cannot trust your feelings about how the assessment went.
I have seen members report the worst possible assessment only to find that they have been awarded the highest rate of benefit and those who thought it had been a breeze only to find they had failed.
If you still have these feelings when you read my reply then please get help, I and many others on this forum have sunk low enough to think about hurting ourselves but it is never a solution.
You can contact the Samaritans at any time on 116-123 and if things become really serious for you ring 999.
Please be here to speak to us on Tuesday.

Very pleased to hear from you, the report usually takes 7-10 days.

Hi Agis,
It could've been delayed because of the problems with Royal Mail - I would call again, and explain that you still haven't received it, and if it's possible to send out another.
Regards, Chris.
