I'm curious if anyones ever tried?, for instance them assuming savings over £6000 make £4.35 a month or whatever per £250, it's something like £50 a year or 20% interest
would the stingy car insurer "please let me know where i can buy a replacement ferarri for the £200 you've offered me" approach work, ie, "please supply a list of bank accounts that pay 20% interest"
I've just been year zero'd onto UC from WTC with disability component
if you're more comfortable answering questions on medical grounds then there's this thing about fit notes, the 3 month wait for the "disability premium" I'm going to call it, in case the claimant recovers, the amputees leg grows back or whatever
the DWP wrote to me over 20 years ago to say that i don't need to provide sick notes any more because i'm not going to get better, then years later they gave me a lifetime award of DLA because my condition won't change
then I got "transitioned" onto pip, ie assessor lied and they turned it down and I'm nervous about going through the whole thing again
if i ask for a MR then appeal a decision it then goes to court/a tribunral doesn't it? I'm presuming that takes a year, is there any costs liability for that if I lose?
