Worried about benefit crossover with PIP review

Hello,

I’ve got my PIP review due but my ESA review isn’t due till January. I took the advice from this forum and decided to wait until review to reveal my new diagnoses of ADHD and potentially autism, along with the mental health issues that I suffer with including depression/anxiety and also NEAD.

My worry is that if I reveal these new conditions in the PIP review, there’s a good chance that I will be TOLD OFF for not telling UC and ESA? As I claim new style ESA and Universal Credit.

On the UC portal, it does mention add new conditions. Should I have done this? I’m genuinely worried tbh.

I'm talking more along the lines of being in the support group for ESA, whilst also claiming Universal Credit but also about to do my PIP review.

PIP will know about my new conditions. ESA / UC won't and I was wondering if there would be a backlash about not declaring the new conditions.
