WE sent a review form and supporting evidence last November and have had no decision. Today My B/F mental health therapist has rung us to say Capita have sent a form to him asking for details of his condition and asking about how this affects his functioning. But he hasn't said how his fibromyalgia affects him only his MH problems. We have seen his reply and unfortunately, I don't think everything has been included. We sent a prescription list and 3 letters from his psychiatric nurse with the review from, does this mean they have lost all of the supporting evidence we sent with the form? How often do they send for more evidence from or contact a health professional with regard to a review? He attended an assessment in 2017 but had a paper review done in 2019 so have no experience of this happening before. he is on enhanced for both daily living and mobility. We are very worried that they have written to someone as before they just accepted the supporting evidence we sent.
That is a hard question to answer as I am unsure if your B/F has had an assessment or not, by the sounds of it they may have had a paper assessment in which case your B/F could contact DWP and ask for a copy of the assessors report called a PA3, that would give you a more definitive answer.
