When answering question 1 2 Moving around i can see no provision to put additional information in, there is an inappropriately small empty space to the right of the question boxes, is this where to try and put additional information in or would it be wiser to add a separate sheet with the additional information
There isn't a right or wrong answer - you have to do what fits with the information you want to add. If you can put it in the box - use the box - if you can't put it on an additional sheet. If you're not sure the box is right - put it on an additional sheet. Whatever method you use - just make sure that it is clearly marked what it is.
