Hi Peter
Once you get the mandatory reconsideration letter, you will get two copies of the same letter, if you do an online appeal then you will require certain information on the mandatory reconsideration notice.
You have one month in which to make an in time appeal, with good reason you can make an appeal up to 13 months.
If you can use a form called an SSCS1 form in which to make your appeal, you need to include one copy of the mandatory reconsideration letter with your appeal; assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/governm.../SSCS1_0821_save.pdf
