I had a telephone review of my PIP on 14 March 2023. I requested a copy of the report prior to them writing to me with the decision, and could see that much of it was unfair / inaccurate. When I received the decision I wrote to them requesting a mandatory reconsideration within the required deadline. I have not heard anything from them in response to the mandatory reconsideration request, what should I do?
You can ring the DWP and ask them what's happening with your Mandatory Reconsideration. Unfortunately, there is no legal time limit for when you might receive a reply.
