Have you asked for a copy of the assessment report? The report is called a PA4. If you are unhappy with your award and want to put in for a Mandatory Reconsideration, you need to do so within four weeks of the date on the decision letter.

yes i have asked again for the assesment report for a second time,i asked last week and on monday as well ,i thought the lady on the phone was acting weird as she was still on teh phone when i had finished talking to her,they have got my m,r,

yes i sent mc but they kept it the same she wrote different to us.
