Posting mainly to track how long my ADP review takes - forms and evidence submitted on 21/07, according to web chat on Friday 28/07 my forms are queued for processing and haven't been assigned to a case worker yet.
I was under the impression that choosing 'no change' and not adding commentary to each box was a bad thing (a bit like a PIP review) and so updated each box with my difficulties. From my understanding now, this might not have been the best idea and will prolong the review timescale but I'm sure I'll find out soon enough. Some of my difficulties are new given disease progression, however unlikely to achieve more points (current award is enhanced daily living and nothing for mobility) - so let's see how long it takes and what changes (if anything).
I appreciate it's quite a new benefit and so not much in the way of info on timescales, I asked the web chat person who said they don't give any indicative time and it takes as long as it takes. If anyone has any idea please feel free to share.
I'll post updates as and when I get them and leave this here for the benefit of others who might go through the process at a later stage.
As you say, it's difficult to be sure of anything with this new system. I still think you were wise to put in some commentary about your difficulties rather than just leaving boxes blank.
