When entering information about a medical condition make sure you enter everything you possibly can, as once a document is 'saved' it can no longer be edited. Or at least that was my recent experience of which i wasn't too pleased about.

You save as you go for each section. I recommended copying everything and backing up with word or similar as you complete each section. Taking screen shots is also useful.
