The only thing I can think of is to save the payments in an interest bearing account until DWP write to you.

That really is terrific news, congratulations and well done.
1) NS ESA is contribution based, as you have been placed in the support group you NS ESA is an indefinite award with scheduled reassessment so there will be no end date or award length on the Decision Letter, if you have the assessment report then the "prognosis" is used to set the date, failing that contact the DWP office dealing with your claim, the reassessment date will be recorded on your computer record.
2) I cannot answer this question as we do nt have enough information, you may want to seek information from your local Welfare Rights Organisation; advicelocal.uk
