Just heard from the newsletter that you are stepping down as mod soon. I don't know how you've managed to cope all these years with a constant stream of frightened, confused and desperate people, asking for help on a daily basis. I'm quite in awe of what you, and all the other mods do here, and would like to offer my heartfelt thanks for your, quite literally, priceless work.
