The Judge was very good in outlining the remit of the Tribunal. He said that the mobility award didn't appear to be in dispute, and while they could look at it to make sure it was still valid, the main question was the level of the care award, and whether my wife was entitled to middle or higher.
We're fine with the middle rate award, we don't feel she meets the Higher rate criteria, so it's all good
