For the second time, using BF&W , I have successfully appealed , at tribunal, an inaccurate and unfair DLA/PIP decision. The information that I gave has been exactly the same each time.
I really worry how many people are being denied their fair awards . (Incidentally I have a mental heath problem and the last year of worry has been hell)
