Thank you for the much needed guidance for completing both assessment forms. Due to levels of fatigue my husband did much of the reading from your documents and the form filling. This time, no need for ESA appointment, straight to Support group without tribunal and PIP award after medical. Got higher mobility, middle care - ok with this, although probably qualified for higher care. Eternally grateful for your guides and although the process was very stressful and time consuming, much less so than tribunal. Thanks again.
