At medical awarded nil points. Mandatory review no change. At tribunral today, awarded enhanced rate of care. I have practically had a mental breakdown, its been a terrible process and trauma. However, to those people genuinely disabled and entitled, take faith, and get assistance and go to appeal if needs be. They really are independent. Now awaiting decision in writing, so not sure when to expect payments of PIP to commence? My thanks to gordon, and B&W.
