No Gordon is was the shock of them completely ignoring all my physical condition (s) which was how I got into the Support Group in 2014 and used evidence I'd sent in back back everything up and detailing I'm not going to improve.
On my assessment report ESA85A from 2014 it clearly states ( deterioration function noted) and because of my physical conditions I was placed in the SG for 3 years. No mental health used.
No what don't make sense I spoke with the DWP again today to get the new ESA85A as I diden't recieve it. I ask the lady the question again how is it I was put back in the SG for 2 years, she said it was because of my mental health nothing to do with my physical condition (s) how the hell when it's stated ( deterioration in function noted) etc on my last assessment and this was backed up with all the evidence I sent in before plus all new stuff.
It's like they've ignored all my physical disability's COPD etc.
What the hell can I do Gordon I have everything to back it up. I believe I fit the exemption criteria for my physical disability and they chose to use my mental health instead as they think I'm going to improve even that won't...
I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.

Maybe a reaction to the result, I know my health collapsed when I got the Decision letter.
You should have had the report by now, I would chase.

Gordon forgot to add on my PIP award I got Enhanced mobility and that's all clearly justified on my PA3 about my mobility and physical conditions and how for I can't walk and that's on-going even the DM agrees.
I know ESA is different but I sent evidence in I clearly can't use a wheelchair and PIP also had that letter too. How can they be so different....

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

This is for ESA?
As previously explained, the reassessment date is not part of the Decision, there is no way to challenge the recommendation that you are to be reassessed in two years.

Gordon I get that, this is for ESA as I explained they've ignored my physical side of things.
I will have to see what the future is as I will not go through all this again.
