Thanks to all of the amazing help on this website on how to fill in a review form plus this forum I delighted to say my husbands pip has now been reviewed following his medical.
He was on enhanced care and standard mobility and thus was a 3 year award but wS reviewed about 6/months early. Following his review he was upgraded to enhanced care and mobility and with an indefinite award not to be checked again before 2028.
