From your previous post you were being assessed to see if you were eligible for Income Related ESA, how did this work out.
Although your ESA(CB) has ceased payment you still in effect have an ESA award.
In principle you can make a new claim for ESA(CB) and receive another 365 days of payment but you will need to re-meet the Contribution Conditions, this will require you to have worked in the Tax Years 2014-15 or 2015-16 if you claim this year or 2015-16 2016-17 if you claim next year, the year used must also be later than that used when you made your current claim.
Alternatively, if you think that you meet the criteria for the Support Group then you can ask to be reassessed and if you are placed in the group then your ESA(CB) will be reinstated.

Jue wrote: Gordon Thankyou , I was not able to receive income based esa because of my husbands pension , I haven't been able to work (because of ill health ) since 2002 dwp told me I didn't have enough contributions to be able to receive any more payment, I think I should be in the support group but would they consider this just by my existing illness making my living more difficult with more pain? I had previously been in the support group Jue
You will have to declare a deterioration in your conditions, but you should only do this is you can reasonably show that you meet one or more of the Support Group Descriptors. Can you do this?

I am sure I can , my GP has supported me all the way so far and I'm sure she will write another letter of support for me , I have a appointment with her in January so I might leave it until then so I can explain everything to her , is there a time scale on re applying ? Jue
So you're not re-applying you would be reporting a Change of Circumstances, you can do this at any time.
