There are several discrepancies with the truth/facts and what was written on the assessment report.

If my reassessment is increased to enhanced for both/either living and mobility, what date does the increase start? From when they received my reassessment form, the date of the assessment, the date of the original decision letter, or the date of any new decision letter?
