I'm not entirely sure what you are trying to do by "adding a copy of my reply"? We can't host documents on the forum, although you can provide a link to a document that you are hosting or your can copy/paste into a new post.
Whatever yo do make sure that any personal data such as your name, NIN or any reference numbers are obscured or deleted.
