Don't give up folks!

So grateful and thankful for this site; there are no words except THANK YOU which doesn't seem enough.

Just to let everyone know I won my PIP tribunal (without being there). I think it was due to the 9 page letter I submitted with my Mandatory Reconsideration, plus all the medical evidence I provided that swung it for me.

Please don't give up people. It took me around two weeks to prepare my letter and documentation. My mental health is very poor, I suffer with bad depression, anxiety, autoimmune problems and with all that going on plus feeling suicidal again, I still managed it.

So.......if I can do it......then so can you!

Hi jennie i to suffer severe anxiety depression also many other issues my health took a downward spiral so contacted pip to let them no as they say to do i had another 2 years granted to run on my award another assessment was carried out and hey im fighting fit i couldnt believe the lies in that report.
So on that they stopped it i cant seem to find out if they can do this as previous they granted the high rate mobility and standard living component i have done the mandatory appeal waiting now had a call some 2 weeks ago from them asking if i had sent the appeal i had well within time and recorded delivery plus signed for as i was told papers go missing she asked whom had sent information on my case i informed she asked if my bank was the hsbc and ended with i would hear in the next 28 days well next week is 3 weeks it makes your already health issues much worse hope you enlighten me in this matter thank you
