PIP Award was created by Seaspray
Hi all
Have recieved the letter awarding me PIP, Surprised it is for Daily needs allowance as they think I can walk 50 m and no more than 200 but i am not going to challange this as it was hell last time and had to use my esa reports and the aid of cad. if is wasn't for this site I wouldn't have got this award as I was unfimilur with the use of having to use aids. I've lost my presious blue bade and the car is to be taken off disabled registrion.
Thanks all for the information in this site as it has helped me over many years and recomend anybody disabled to get on board and become a member
Wondering as limit to the above walking distance ( stated on pips report)would the local council consider a blue badge anybody know whether this has ever happen
regards to all

Hello Seaspray
If you look at the 'Frequently Asked Questions' section in the Forum, you should see a section that deals exclusively with the Blue Badge application process.
If you fill in the form and send along with it supportive evidence from your GP/Consultant then you might be able to obtain a Badge. If you need any local information then contact your local council offices.

I have looked into the blue badge and I can use it till it expires. That gives me till Jan 2019. Then I'll approach the council about a replacement if possible. Also have my face to face assesories report
