Thanks to B&H I have just received notice after a 5 week wait that I have been placed on to the support group without need for a face to face Thanks for the 1st class guidance

Congratulations on the award. If you want to know how long it is for then you can phone the DWP and ask for the prognosis.

omg ......how did you do that .....I have a mental health prob and cannot face another medical ....so you filled in the form and used the guidelines on this site ? I need to be able to do this but not very confident ,,,,any advise/tips appreciated .
