DLA to PIP news

Just want to take this opportunity to thank all at B &W for all the help and information I received in applying for PIP. After 6 weeks of waiting for a descision after my f2f assessment I received the letter this morning and am pleased to say that I was awarded enhanced Mobility and standard Care , although I have dropped down from enhanced DLA care I feel I can't take any more stress in asking them to reconsider incase I loose it all, but the best news is that it is awarded until March 2022, I know they can review you earlier but at least the pressure is of for now. Once again thank you to all the Mods for your help especially Bro who I have driven crazy with starting so many topics

Even though I have had the award at last can I still phone and ask for a copy of the assessment, I was only 1 point away from enhanced care, they won't take that as me wanting a MR will they I just want to read it. Thanks in advance

Requesting copy of your PA 4 Medical Report by ringing The PIP Helpline will not instigate an MR of your awards !!

Many members have requested copy of their reports.

If they do happen to mention MR, which they shouldn't, make it absolutely clear that you are requesting copy of your PA4 to file for future reference, and that you are perfectly happy with the awards that you have attained !!!

It is one of the prerequisites of being a B&W Mod !!!

Hi good news for you did you get any help filling in the forms as I always use cab who fill in forms at my home for dla.
The only reason I ask because b& w site has help filling in the forms and wonder when my pip forms do come im confused who to use.
The cab never gave me a copy of my dla form to look at and sign and I had about 5 months of waiting for a nhs consultant doctor visit.
