You need to have 8 points from the Moving Around Activity for automatic qualification for a Blue Badge, but you can apply directly and be assessed by your Local Authority, they may or may not issue one. See

Interesting timeline.

I have Aspergers and called them recently after 5 weeks and like you was told they had all information they needed and claim was with Case Manager. Maybe I'll get a letter first then, confirming enough evidence and decision weeks later.

Will wait and see.
