I have ME/CFS and had my assessment with Capita on November 10. I received a letter this morning saying that my lower rate mobility component would stay plus I have been awarded £55 per week daily living allowance. Many thanks to you for your help and advice! My daughter's new appointment for her PIP assessment (Capita cancelled the last one as an assessor was unwell) is on December 11 so I hope she will have a similarly fair and just outcome. She has Asperger's Syndrome and I don't think she could cope with the stress of having to go to tribunal.
