Hi Gordon, Just to let you know I went to my Tribunal in September (date on earlier post).
I am happy to say I WON, with funds to be paid back to November 2014. Thanks for all
the help, from your information guides to posted comments.

Congratulations on winning your Appeal, and thanks for the positive feedback !!

You can expect it to take anywhere up to 6-8 weeks for the Tribunal's decision to be actioned by The DWP.

The more the amount of back pay involved, the longer that it can take !!
