it tells me you scored 31 for care and 16 for mobility There fore you are not awarded care or mobility
iv looked at scoring in each and does add up to 31 care 16 mobility
even at that should be higher as ?
anyone
can they still not award pip if they do not want to even if you do score high enough?

Can I ask you not post in other people's topics, next time start your own topic where all of your posts and their answers can be held. You've replied to a post that is over three weeks old!
Just to confirm, your Decision Letter says you scored 31 points for Daily Living and 16 for Mobility but no award has been made?
You need to contact the DWP office that dealt with your claim, IF you have actually scored these points then you should receive an award.
