I was seriously thinking of making formal complaint but now that the tribunal is over and the tribunal decision is just and fair I am reconsidering. I have to take into consideration my daughter. She would not want another fight.this one has been bad enough with her ending up back on the ward after the face to face. I think the best way is to take the DWP to Tribunal and beat them. The cost to the government of successful appeals will hopefully change the training given to DWP decision makers in how to interpret legislation and how to recognise inaccuracies in the Health Professional statements compared to the claimants statements. At the moment they seem to be making decisions based purely on the HP statement.
