Hi Wonko Most of my medical letters/reports are from my GP to my ex employers' occupational health dept about accessing (successfully) my occupational pension on health grounds ie ME/CFS, & a few between my GP & hospital relating to other health issues. For good measure I also included copies of earlier ESA85A & ESA85 medical reports & current ESA85A medical report all obtained with a request for all information held on me by DWP. I was fortunate early on to have a very supportive & 'switched on' GP who made an early referral to a local consultant general physician who whilst not being a specialist in ME/CFS did at least know enough to take it seriously & make a diagnosis. If you haven't already done so, I would suggest you ask your GP practice to let you review your health records. Good luck.
