Yes, you could do !
Especially if any of the Activities/Descriptors that qualified you for The SG also support you scoring points under the relevant PIP Descriptors.
If you have a copy of The ESA85/ESA85A Medical Report, you could highlight any relevant extracts from that.
You would have to be careful that nothing stated in The ESA85/ESA85A was contraditory to any other of your stated limitations though.
