You can get a Blue Badge with Standard Rate Mobility but you must have scored at least 8 point from the Moving Around activity, points scored from the Going Out one will not count.

Hi tb,
If I am understanding you correctly, you scored 10 points in "Moving Around" Activity ;
"d. Can stand and then move using an aid or appliance more than 20 metres but no more than 50 metres. -- 10 points."
If that is so, as Gordon states, you should have entitlement to a Blue Badge :

www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/forum?view=top...85481&start=18#98326
&
See : "I receive a Personal Independence Payment (PIP) as I meet a 'Moving Around' descriptor for the Mobility Component because I either cannot stand or can stand but walk no more than 50 metres. This is a score of 8 points or more."
Which is Option 4. on the 4th page accessible from this page :
