The Enhanced rate requires 12 points so you scored 3 more than you needed, do you believe you can show that you meet a higher Going Out Descriptor to justify an award?
Ultimately, whether you should appeal is a Decision that only you can make, all we can do is make sure that the decision is as informed as possible.
