Mandatory recon over turned their decision. was created by bottleofbest
The dwp rang me this morning and have over turned their WRAG decision and have agreed to put me in the support group!

She agreed it based on the fact I need constant supervision due to constant collapses and pain and can't eat without choking. She said she was impressed with the amount of evidence I had collated and made her decision easy. She said I should never have been put in the WRAG group in the first place!

Thank you so much to everyone on benefits and work for your help! It has been invaluable and I couldn't have done it without you all. You have been a rock to my wife and I!

This raises the question why was the original decision made in the first place and how many other incorrect decisions are there?
