:P Recently enjoyed a victory at the ESA appeal stage and the tribunal didn't even need to see me - the additional supporting documentation was more than enough. I feel immensely relieved and indebted to your online service, without your on-going support and superb advice at every stage of the appeal process I would have felt isolated and unsure of what to do, probably resulting in failure. So I cannot thank you enough, not only for what you have done for me, but also the hope and belief your wherewithal and straightforward explanations for how to retain the various benefits instil in other similarly ill-anchored, struggling and vulnerable claimants. I feel vindicated at the result and yet the crafty DWP are still holding out on me by maintaining ESA payments at the basic rate and not paying me the work-support rate and stalling on giving me my rebate. They make me sick! You have to chase them for everything even when a well-respected court system rules in your favour. Nevermind I'll just have to phone them and remind them of their obligations - I'm sure there will be some innocent explanation for their not paying me what I merit.

Keep up the great work, inspiring the downtrodden to fight their corner with gumption and belief. Thanks again.

Hi N,

Congratulations on winning your appeal !!! :cheer:

Thank you very much for your complimentary comments regarding our site.

They are much appreciated by all at B&W.

It would not be unusual for it to take up to 6-8 weeks for the DWP to update your file.

If you have The Tribunal Decision Notice letter, you could send a copy of this to the DWP office dealing with your ESA :

Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS

This may help to speed up the process.
