ESA Tribunal Success!!

I had my 'assessment' on a Friday in January 2013, despite my GP having continuously declared and certified me unfit for work, a 'Doctor' at Atos said I was!

DWP scored me with 15 points and I went into the Work Related activity Group!

I appealed and it took until 3rd February 2014 to have my hearing. I had prepared my court ' bundle' and sent it to DWP, when I got the copy they submitted my GP's report had vanished from the file!
If it had not been for this site I would not have known what to do or what to be using for reference.

I am pleased to say I went from WRAG to Support Group at the Hearing, the Doctor and Judge scored me 27 points, 12 more than DWP's pet 'Doctor'!

Many thanks to all on this site - All Atos care about is income not people's lives.

At least they are backdating the payments due, including the increase due to WRAG now being Support Group. The stress has been very hard to handle, so once again my grateful thanks and best wishes to all, both contributors and readers.
